What is individual statuses per agent?

Individual statuses per agent - an add-on that allows you to configure an individual list of statuses allowed for use per agent. That means that the agent will only be able to switch an order to a status from the list of allowed ones.

💡 If you have the "Branches" add-on active, then for each of the branches it will be possible to configure lists of allowed statuses separately.

How to set up individual statuses per agent?

Open your Dashboard → go to the Add-ons page.

Enable Individual Statuses per Agent add-on.

Go to the Settings page → General tab → scroll down to the Agent section.

Select the order statuses that your agents allowed to use.

Save settings.
