How to send new order notifications to email?

Open your Dashboard and go to Settings → Integration tab → scroll down to the Email section.

Turn on Send order notifications to e-mail setting.

In the Recipients field, enter one or more email addresses separated by commas.

Save settings.

How to send new order notifications to Telegram?

✅ All agents assigned by you will receive new order notifications in Telegram automatically.
