What products and services are prohibited for sale?
It is prohibited to send or receive payments as a reward for the sale or supply of:
prescription drugs medicines and drug paraphernalia
weapons (including knives, firearms or ammunition)
pornography
virus software
materials that incite violence, hatred, racism or that is considered obscene
documents, passports, IDs
items that encourage or facilitate illegal activities
prepaid debit cards or other stored value cards or bank accounts that are not associated with a particular merchant
payment processing services or aggregation
multi-level marketing, pyramid sales, "get-rich-quick" schemes or high-yield investment programs
goods or services that infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties
uncoded/incorrectly coded games.
This list is not exhaustive and it is the Merchant's responsibility to ensure that he/she does not use the company's services for transactions that may be considered illegal in the Seller's jurisdictionю
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to add categories of prohibited goods by adding such categories either to this agreement or to the Offer.
The Merchant is strictly prohibited from using their Account for any illegal purpose, including, but not limited to, fraud and money laundering. We will report any suspicious activity to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
If the Merchant has doubts about the legality of the supply or purchase, he must not proceed with his payments.
